Fresh pineapple contains an enzyme which slows intake of nutrients. Not sure the soyabean milk really aids this process (adding calories of its own).

I know that too much pineapple juice can give a person the runs... usually you lose weight when you've got the hershey squirts...

I suppose it cud, cause like grapefruit, pineapple juice can break down fats.
soya is good for doiets too so yeah. Ive never done it but it cud work

If you like sour cottage cheese like consisitency.
Also, don't forget to add fresh veggies, fruits, whole grains, plenty of water, and most importantly...excercise.

Pineapple juice is full of sugar, and while the sugars are complex, and therefore not as bad as sodas, it is still added sugar in your diet.
