what age can a girl leave a foster care home and come back to her bilicagal parents home?

my oldest daughter which is going to be 10 my parents are going to adopt them and her other siblings and we were wandering what age can she leave to come back to her real parents

it depends if the state has all rights, usually it is 18. i was in foster care @ 16 but I had 2 wait till I was 18 2 come back home.
