This is the breeder referral search from the AKC. Keep in mind you must be specific about which size of poodle you are looking for, Standard, Toy, or Miniature.

Do not get a dog from a petstore- it's from a puppymill!!!!! Go to petfinder.org and find a list of adoptable poodles near you.

look in the paper, pet shops. but make sure it is a good pet shop. you don't want to buy from anyone that is involved in puppy mills, and believe me they are out there. check animal shelters and humane societies. hope this helps.

Definitely do not support the puppy millers---check with AKC and find reputable breeders.

they need love. they need a home. no one should support puppy mills when thousands of strays are being killed daily.
