How can you smoke it? Cut of the end, light the other end, and suck. But, you shouldn't do it in the US as Cuban Cigars are illegal. If you are caught smuggling them in, the customs fine is $1000 per cigar, plus they confiscate them.

I'm pretty sure they sell those in Cancun. Just don't get caught bringing it back in to the US....
