type in lose ten pounds in three days.........they have a meal plan if you follow exactly what is says for three days youlose ten pounds and if you keep following it longer than three days you'll lose more!!!

I asked my doctors a couple weeks ago the same question. She told be to excercise moe and to not stop eating what i like. If i did when I quit dieting i would just gaiin it all back. So i have been making my meals smaller portions. In 2 weeks i lost 9 pounds, which i think is real good for someone who eats a lot od sweets and chips (and i still do) Good luck and wish you the body you want

you have to count calories, and you must exercise some in order to burn the calories you intake...it takes some willpower, but you can do it if you want to bad enough. just set up the number of calories you can have in a day, usually 1200 to 1400, you won't starve either, in fact you will feel good eating foods that are good for you! also take a look at what jenny craig did for kirstie alley, amazing! just shows it can be done...also the less you talk about it with others is best, cause if you slip only you will know it and you won't have to listen to other people going, we knew it...know what i mean. this is something you must do for you only!

if you drink a lot of soda, switch to water... you'll lose 5 to 10 lbs quick! after that, just eat healthier choices, smaller portions, and walk for 30 minutes a day. that will help.

i read in a book about having 2 tea spoons of honey in a mug of skimmed milked (warmed) just before your going to bed it burns fat while u sleep and makes you not crave for sugery things afterwards workng for me so far lost 7 lbs in a a week and 2 days

what i do is eat a little somthing for one day and then for 2 days i eat nothing then on the next i eat a little somthing again
