Does anyone have experience selling a vehicle thats been in a minor accident. (Rear Ending causing bumper damage and some frame damage. The vehicle is a Volvo 2000 S70)

Although the repairs are done and the vehicle looks fantastic, any feedback on how to approach this kind of a sale would be appreciated.

Disclose the facts to the prospective buyer. The information is going to be available thru CARFAX and other venues if the accident was reported to an Insurance Company.
The Kelly Blue Book has prices that take into consideration minor accidents, as long as the damage has been professionally repaired. Determine the price that you want and the minimum you will take and begin the negotiations.

Just be honest and up front with the people interested in buying it. Honesty is the best policy and people really do appreciate this. If the car is repaired , then i dont see it as a poor selling point, just plain honesty if you inform them of the mishap.

Be upfront about it. Show the interested buyer the paper work showing that the repairs were done by a shop and not your cousin Jethro. Sell it as-is!
