If he was a true prophet, then why does he have such thin skin. He can't take a joke of a comic strip? What kind of leader can't take a joke? Some prophet... Go ahead and follow that looser.

Brother/sister,please read enough of you can about Islam, try not to leave any unanswered questions about the core beliefs of Islam. As true as feelings can be you need to be truly be convinced before you submit your will to Allah (swt). It's not strange that you feel drawn towards Islam the Quran says :
30:30 So set thou thy face steadily and truly to the Faith: (establish) Allah's handiwork according to the pattern on which He has made mankind: no change (let there be) in the work (wrought) by Allah; that is the standard Religion, but most among mankind understand not.
I wish you luck in what you pursue

My dear friend your feelings are real and true. I live Islam and know it in depth. It is the core of truth. When you recognize Islam in such conditions of immense hostilities against it, this is a good indicator you have a clean heart. I was impressed with the story of Yvonne Ridley adoption of Islam. She was captured by the Taliban for 11 days and when they released her she promised them to study Islam but never thought that may adopt. After two years of study she adopted Islam and started gradual changes of her life style according to Islam. Last year Yvonne managed to perform Hajj in Mecca with millions of Muslims from all over the world and she described the excitement and the fantastic feelings of this experience. Today she is very happy of her Islam and is working in correcting the distorted image of Islam as a religion of violence.
My best wishes.

The Bible says there is a way that seems right to a man, but the end thereof leads to death. Have you considered Muhammad was not even a prophet?

because it's true.
Muhammad isn't a superman. the man does not know how to read or write. and even if he was a superman he will never able to create such a great, organized, worship only one God, Quran, rules, scientific evidences.... by himself. he was supported by God indeed.
christianity got corrupted and christians are afriad to admit it. and God will not leave his believers lost without a guider. so he sent them the comforter (Al-Muez in Arabic Bible) to compelete the message of God and lead them toward the truth.
