Depends on the milk, how much you drink, if you do exercise and drink milk.
If you drink skim milk, you will gain weight slower than if you drink 2%. If you drink a gallon a day, you're going to gain weight no matter what kind of milk you drink. If you don't exercise, drinking milk will cause weight gain.

Yes. Drink fat-free/skim, and eat fat-free, sugar-free yogurt. Both filling (drinking milk makes you feel fuller than drinking water) and good for you. There is also fat-free cottage cheese if you like it.
