20 oz = 2 1/2 cups

The current standard can is 1 3/4 cups

It's the larger one. it holds about 28 oz. Stands about 6 inches tall and is about 4 or 5 inches in diameter.

A #2 can size is the 20 ounce one, however in most of todays cans you will either have to go for the 18 or 28 ounce.
