Yea, the easiest voice recording software is "Sound Recorder", which is bundled with the Windows Operating System. I can be found by clicking on:

Start>All Programs>Accessories>
Entertainment>Sound Recorder

But you'll need a mic to record your voice. Hope this helped.

ya u can record your voice in the computer using the sound recorder.
to record u r voice follow the steps given below
1. click start -> accessories -> entertainment ->sound recorder
2.the sound recorder opens
3. click the record button and record u r voice

If you have a PC with a soundcard and a microphone, why not download Audacity, a freeware audio editing program to record your voice.

and u can record using sound Recorder soft in windows

yes u need a microphone, plu it into the mic jack whcih is nect to the speaker jack then use the Sound recorder program to record its under accesories somwhere
