You can go to the physician who currently treats you when you are sick. BUT the doctor won't prescribe it unless he feels that you are significately overweight. And your BMI has to be over 27.

Well, you can go to any doctor. Any doctor can prescribe any medication he sees fit. The problem is you must have some kind of illness or something that would require the prescription of phentermine.

"Phentermine" is a diet pill and if I'm not wrong was one ingredient in a diet pill that was pulled off the market for possibly causing PPH (primary pulmonary hypertension) amoung other health problems. I would suggest diet and exercise.
