Hi Im on the lipotrim now and ive lost 13lbs in less than 4 weeks. It requires a lot of willpower and you will just be having shakes, mousse or soup and no food. People say its bad for you but how bad can going from obese to overweight be? Surely weighing less is better for you than struggling with a diet where you only lose a pound a week and getting bored. Ive stuck to this cos it actually works and I can see the results when I try clothes on and look in the mirror

This does not look like a healthy diet. I firmly believe that there is no such thing as a diet that works - you must simply change your lifestyle permanently. It does not make sense to stick to a "diet" for say 6 months and then go back to your normal eating and exercise habits and expect the weight to stay off. The best way to lose weight and maintain your figure long-term, whilst staying healthy too, is to eat a low fat diet and get plenty of exercise. I have porridge with berries and a little honey for breakfast, then salad plus either chicken, avocado or mackerel for lunch, and a healthy dinner of meat or fish with 4 or 5 vegetables and a small serving of potatoes or rice (all made from scratch to eliminate additives and preservatives), plus cycling to work and attending an exercise class 3 times a week, and am happy, healthy, and slim.

We'll it goes on about ketosis so it's just another atkins diet!! as when you reduced the carbohydrates to zero your body goes into ketosis( uses the fat in your body ). this is ok as long as you don't eat loads of fried foods ect grill as much as possible. side effects are profuse sweating halitosis greasy skin and hair!
