If you are sad often it sounds like you have depression. Has anything else in your life changed? Depression can be triggered by a small or big change in life or it can just come out of the blue. If you only feel sad all the time then you only have a light depression. If you start to feel worse and loose emotions or interests in things you once loved then I'd be more concerned. It'll be okay though, just call your doctor and talk to him about your feelings of sadness and he'll probably put you on an anti-depressent. Take care and smile. The best thing you can do until you see your doctor is smile as much as you can and just enjoy doing the things you like. Take care and smile.

If you are sad often, "You are depressed". Go and see your doctor there are some great medications out there. It will help you through this hard time. There are more people out there than you realize who are on antidepressants. You are very Brave to admit it as most men don't. Please see someone, there is nothing wrong with you, just a chemical imbalance, get some help for a while. Good Luck and have fun again

look for the good things in your life!

What is making you sad? First you must identify the problem and then look for the solution or start to work on the solution.

Depression is a diease that affects 1000 of people all year, every year, you are not alone in the way you feel. Seek help, pastor, family, friend, hell someone you don't know. They have crisis lines, call one up and just start talking.. no one ever has to know it is you....

but you will feel so much better when you let go of what is keep you sad.

SMILE........................ ;0) I love you!
