Why do women (usually) never say what they want and never want what they say?

It is usually women who do this, but I know that men are just as bad. I've found a woman (colleague, nothing special) who said she wants a really sweet guy and all that. She's now seeing some bad boy stoner. Why do people do that?

People are trained from birth to feel that they are not worthy to have what they really want and that they are selfish if they go after it, so they tend to settle for what they think they deserve and live thier lives in misery.

It takes a lot of self confidence to say 'I want a great guy' and then turn down the guys who are not up to scratch. 'What if I really deserve a loser?' 'What if no great guy will have me or I never find him?' is what people are thinking.

Womans have strong dificulty to deal between social concepts and their true nature. Mens see everything on a Black or White and Woman see it averything by a grey side.

Let me take the example of your friend. She believes that she need someone sweet, but her true nature need someone strong and confident; Biologies say Alpha male and society says sweet.

You will never get deeply into womans hearth. To understand them, just read Guy de Maupassant, Victos Hugo, Dostoievski, Sommerset Maugham.

Never say what a womans should think; They are proud about thier thoughts and their perceptions. If they see you too close, you will sent far away.

There are two complete different worlds. What they say and what they think. You must work with what they feel (not what they say to you what they feel). You must discover and use it.

Work with your body language and you must find a woman on the right period. They are quite sensitive and have strong variations from one day to other. Specially during specific interval of days.

You are growing. People are not trustable. Movies and best sellers are you chain to fictional world. You must learn how to see beyond people, into their true nature. Understand their true nature and you will have pore success.

We are still brought up not to be assertive. We are taught its rude to ask for something directly. We are supposed to take a roundabout route. We are taught that it is polite.
We are still taught that it is more important to be popular, liked and nice than direct, clear and effective.
About 20 years ago I stopped being a total doormat and took assertiveness classes so I don't have this problem anymore, but a lot of people don't like it. I'm not rude or aggressive, I just say yes or no and mean it.
