It's a question i had to fill. I want to join the Student's Body Council
and it asks why I want to be a leader. I just need a good answer...so please help me!

Because you want to:
-Challenges yourself to do your best.
-Set a good example.
-It helps you to polish your thoughts prior to presenting them to others.
-You want to be objective about things.
-You want to encourage changes to areas where changes are necessary.
-You want to be a good(no, best) representative of the group that elected you.
-You want to be able to give direction and personal guidance as needed
-You want to instill empatheticism & understanding.
-You want to be firm but fair in your leadership

Honestly if you can't find your own answer to that question, you really don't want to be a leader. Leaders know, they don't ask others to answer for them. Well, the real leaders know.

Say something about wanting to contribute to the school society and make things better, how you will have a good perspective because you are a student, and that you have ideas for helping to improve things. Teachers eat that stuff right up. lol

You have a plan and a vision that will benefit all people, but rather than hand it off to someone who may not follow it through, it would be best if you took this idea to its ultimate conclusion.
