This will answer you question

Psalm 139

O LORD, you have examined my heart
and know everything about me.
You know when I sit down or stand up.
You know my every thought when far away.

You chart the path ahead of me
and tell me where to stop and rest.
Every moment you know where I am.
You know what I am going to say
even before I say it, LORD.
You both precede and follow me.
You place your hand of blessing on my head.

Such knowledge is too wonderful for me,
too great for me to know!

I can never escape from your spirit!
I can never get away from your presence!
If I go up to heaven, you are there;
if I go down to the place of the dead,[a] you are there.
If I ride the wings of the morning,
if I dwell by the farthest oceans,
even there your hand will guide me,
and your strength will support me.

I could ask the darkness to hide me
and the light around me to become night--
but even in darkness I cannot hide from you.
To you the night shines as bright as day.
Darkness and light are both alike to you.

You made all the delicate, inner parts of my body
and knit me together in my mother's womb.

Thank you for making me so wonderfully complex!
Your workmanship is marvelous--and how well I know it.

You watched me as I was being formed in utter seclusion,
as I was woven together in the dark of the womb.

You saw me before I was born.
Every day of my life was recorded in your book.
Every moment was laid out
before a single day had passed.

How precious are your thoughts about me,[b] O God!
They are innumerable!

I can't even count them;
they outnumber the grains of sand!
And when I wake up in the morning,
you are still with me!

GOD is the creator of entire universe and every living thing on earth in an systematic order.

He created humans to worship him, before that he sent several prophets those are persons like Abraham, Moses, Jesus and finally Prophet Muhammad.

He sent the message to every tribe he created to believe in him and his creation. God has sent 124,000 prophets to every tribes in every corner of the earth. Most tribes rejected and continued to worship false Gods until today. Most prophets were killed and many were worshiped in the shape of idols. Most were misunderstood and the messages are modified and priest hood and Holiness status created for own benefits such as in the Christianity where Jesus has been worshiped as GOD where he never claimed him self as GOD he was a messenger of GOD like any prior to him. But his messages were altered and people being misguided as to this day.

Judism and Chritianity is part of GOD's message but being altered and misguided while other religions what exists in earh are man made religion, worshiping the things created by GOD.

The Muslim believe GOD as the following as what the last messenger guided.

1. He is the one God, Who has no partner.
2. Nothing is like Him. He is the Creator, not created, nor a part of His creation.
3. He is All-Powerful, absolutely Just.
4. There is no other entity in the entire universe worthy of worship besides Him.
5. He is First, Last, and Everlasting; He was when nothing was, and will be when nothing else remains.
6. He is the All-Knowing, and All-Merciful,the Supreme, the Sovereign.
7. It is only He Who is capable of granting life to anything.
8. He sent His Messengers (peace be upon them) to guide all of mankind.
9. He sent Muhammad (pbuh) as the last Prophet and Messenger for all mankind.
10. His book is the Holy Qur'an, the only authentic revealed book in the world that has been kept without change.
11. Allah knows what is in our hearts.

My best advise is to take a translated Quran and findout your self, you will be amaized.

Everything beautifully and wonderfully made. He is the person that put you here on this planet, He planned you out before you were born, He gave you a life path with choices that you make along the way. He is perfect.

God is not a person. He doesn't have a body, except through Jesus Christ. God IS.

He's not a person. That is what is so great about Him. He is not bound by our limitations. Just look outside and see what he created. Look in the mirror. There he is. Even if you don't believe, He's still there.
