about Our Lord and Savior not realize that every single thing that they do will be judged by God on judgement day? It doesn't matter whether they believe or not. They are only doing it to get a shock. And it doesn't shock me, it makes me feel sorry for them.

I fully agree with you.

It is distressing to see and read what some people write. I sometimes get physically pained. The sad part is - they just dont want to improve and they dont even want to see - even if someone shows to them - that they are wrong.

I hope and pray that they'll wake up to spiritual realities and not take God, Christ as some cartoon characters.

You presume to know everything about the asker of thee questions then? Not everyone is asking questions for shock value. Personally, I am an atheist and I simply do not understand how people believe in any religion. The questions I ask are intended to either get some honest information or else to get people on the other side of the fence to develop a more complete idea of their own faith.

Who's be degrading?

"It doesn't matter whether they believe or not.", Ultimately I'd have to agree with you there. Belief is not the same as knowledge, by the way neither of us have knowledge of god. Either there is a god or there isn't? I don't believe there is; do you find that degrading?

I don't disbelieve to shock anyone, it's interesting that you can't accept that other people may not share your belief system.

People who don't believe in God are very naive to believe that this universe was an accident. I know thats a very weird observation because the first thing that nonbelievers think of beievers is that they're naive. but seriously, how lame.. how in the world did the world begin if not begun by a superior being? well whatever, i guess i feel sorry for them too.

Do the people who ask condescending, patronising and judgmental questions about others not realise that the human experience is far broader than one faith, and that if they stand before their god on Judgment Day he's going to be pretty annoyed that they took it upon themselves to judge and sneer at what they did not understand. That, if nothing else, might give them a shock

There is nothing that we can do that can hurt or offend God. You are ascribing human traits of anger, fear and wrath to God. These are human traits of which God is far, far above.

Yes, I believe that we should show respect for God, but we do that by showing respect to each other, for where is God but within each of us? God is not some old guy with a beard floating in the sky. God is the spirit within each of us.

God wants us to enjoy this life that we have been gifted with. Enjoy it, celebrate it and don't take everything so seriously. Be good to each other and to yourself.

I am very proud of you my sister and i respect your maturity. Sometimes i wonder why all the sarcasms against question asked about the Lord. In fact there are times Pagans, Atheist and non Christian will want to prove to we his followers that they know what our Lord was saying in a place. My encouragement to all Christians is to just be matured and respectful.

It is a fact that supernatural entities, including "God(s)," do not exist in fact. There will be no "judgment day."

But, if you want to play that game, according to Christian mythology, Jesus paid the price for all sin, regardless what his followers claimed. So, it is unnecessary to repent, believe or do anything else to attain "heaven." And since Jesus paid the price, on "judgment day," he will be held accountable for all sin, regardless what people do.

Don't worry about it, it's all nonsense.

What makes the question degrading? And if God in omnipotent, doesn't He already know that the question will be asked?

isn't it kinda silly to value questions? specially when u value them as degrading?

if i get judged by God for answering a question, then i will answer Him properly. I don't think that God is this shallow that he would condemn me for asking a question about him.

however, i Do think that he will judge you for judging the questioner.
