I seem to be having a serious anger attack. I don't want it, but too many people are making me mad.

Find a rather large cardboard box, take it into the back yard and start kicking and beating it while you shout all the anger at the box. Keep this going until finally realize you actually are not angry any longer. If this does not help after three sessions then see a doctor. I have done this myself and seldom really get angry at people and when I do I go where they are not and really talk it out with myself. I use all the language I wanted to use on them. After a few minutes i usually start listening to how dumb I sound and feel much better.

I would seek professional help because it sounds as if this is out of character for you and therefore could be a symptom of something more like depression, a Dr will be able to find out if there is any physical reason and if there isn't then can refer you to a counselor....you have acknowledged that there is a problem take the next step and deal with it so that your life can return to its usual self.
