Dieting too quickly will not make the love handles go away, you will simply be left with floppy bags of skin where your love handles are. Eat sensibly and exercise. At any size, you can look gorgeous if you know how to dress. Don't follow trends, set them. Bulimia is a horrible disease. It corrodes your teeth and grates away at the lining of your stomach and leads to physical and mental distress. Be beautiful as you are. Lose weight if you want to, but don't damage yourself in doing so.

Don't make yourself throw up! Increase your exercise and intake of healthy foods (fruits, veggies, lean protein, whole grains) while limiting junk foods and high-cal foods. Do plenty of cardio and core work (do a Google search for core workouts for ideas). You might also try buying a larger size of pants, if pants are too small they will pinch your mid-section and make you appear to have love-handles even if you don't.

side to side bends and twisting tour body back and forth, fifteen times to start with then move up a few more each day, make sure you do stretching exercise when you are done! no more fried foods, chips and sweets, fruits and protein, preferably chicken and veggies, only cereal with skim milk and sweetner in the morning before exercises!
