uhhhh... you probably don't want to triple process your hair. Double processing your hair is even extreme. you just have to be very careful, if you use bleach for the highlights and then perm, there is a chance you lose will a lot of your hair. That's too much chemical processing on your hair. If I were you, I would either dye and highlight, or dye and perm. Probably not highlight and perm. It would be too risky.

it matters alot perming the hair damages it yuo will be better off just cutting and dying beacause if you do not like the perm you may have to let it grow out or they will put a product in that is really bad for the hair and sometimes after doing so you have to really cut your hair short just to save it

CUT & DYE FIRST, THEN HIGHLIGHT IT. THEN PERM YOUR HAIR. USUALLY WHEN YOU PERM FIRST THEN DYE IT, THE COLOR WILL NOT BE THE SAME IT WILL NOT PENATRATE THE HAIR, SINCE IT'S COATED WITH THE PERM. BUT YOU SHOULD WAIT 2-3 WEEKS BETWEEN EACH PROCESS.

not right before a perm. it would be way too damaging. you'd have to wait at least four weeks in between no matter what order you do it in.

perm first, if you need both, perming after the color can change the color. just be sure to condition well, and do cut it too.

You have to give your hair time to recover between treatments. Otherwise it will be dry and damaged and possibly break off.
