Is there cosmetic surgery to repair badly bitten nails?

I've totally destroyed my nails through compulsive nail biting. I want to get them fixed but I don't know if it is ever done, how expensive... Also, I've quit biting for some time but they haven't grown back.

Totally? Well if you really mean they are not growing back, you can get acrylic nails.

You have to seek proffessional psychologic help so that they take the nailbiting habit away.

if you quit biting them then will grow back, But you must stop biting them.
