remember you cannot be happy all the time but it would be nice. once a while we all become depressed over something. Just like the Stock Market. It will bounce up, it cannot stay low all the time.

I am in the same boat. It sounds exactly like my depression. What to do? I think that making sleep a priority does help. Nutrition too. Eating things that have a B vitamins and amino acids. They say fish is brain food. If you can't sleep well, try researching breathing techniques to help you relax. If women in labor use it to avoid pain drugs, it must work a little, right? I have been on every drug for my depression and they all quit working after a while so, just keep researching alternatives. First and foremost, consult your doctor, don't wait until you start thinking about suicide or something.

Actually not everybody is depressed
Look for the signs of depression and if you fit the bill then yes, but if you are aware of having depression then you are half way of getting out of it. Many can't see their own depression or fall and just plod along with it, but when you are aware of it you can do something about it to overcome it.

It would'nt hurt to see a therapist.
If you don't feel better from thinking positive and talking yourself out of this mood, you need some help.
It could just pass on it's own,if it dosen't you know something's up.
If you have depression in your family history,it could be hereditary.
Chin up!
