Hi, anyone let me know any third party software that can check spelling in the excel spreadsheet ( cells ), i tried with the spellchecker in excel but it doesnt work.

Try TinySpell. There are both freeware and shareware versions. Both work in ANY Windows application.

Highlight the whole sheet. Then go to tools. Spell check.

go to the cell ,click tools then spelling
OR
click on the cell & press F7 key

copy and paste to a word.doc, spell check and repaste
