I dont think opera opens files with .rar extension.I think u r trying to open audio files.Use REAL PLAYER for opening the files.

you need a program called "winrar" just go to official website:
http://www.rarlab.com/download.htm
and click on "WinRAR 3.60 beta 4" from upper of window appear to download.
