Eat healthy food other than fatty items.
Practise Yoga
Do swimming. Best excercise....

Unfortunately, it is impossible to spot reduce. Fat loss is global, which means that it comes off all together, not just one body part at a time. In other words, you can't just do crunches to reduce the tummy size, it won't help.
Having said that, what you can do is reduce your daily calories by 500, which means that you will be losing about 1 lb. per week. Or, to make it easier, you can reduce calories by only 250, and do more exercise that burns another 250.

i lost it very fast,jus take run of atlist 20minits daily,i was loosing daily atlist 300gm,dnt eat anything before n after run.jus try it,i got good resuly,myn was 73,nw its 62.only 20minit run daily in evening time on hill road.thaths it,as i was going in Gym,but my weight was increasing so quit Gym.

In addition to the crunches, leg lifts and side sit-ups I do, I added RELACORE to my diet. It worked wonderfully!!!
