I'm 22 and my body is not so shapely. I mean it is not shapeless, but my hips are so narrow. I look the same as when I was 16.
Is that normal? Please help...What should I do to make my hips grow wider?

i've tried a lot of exercise, but without any result. and i'm having regular meals.

You should eat more fatty foods because you are not retaining enough body fat. Try pizza. As long as you continue to work out doing sit-ups and other abdominal training, the fat will go to your hips probably.

Wider hips? Pass a couple of 8 pound kids through them. That will make them wider.

Just wait till you have a baby, then you don't have to worry about your hips, they will get wider on their own. Enjoy your slim shape while you can

Once you get married and then get pregnant, you'll be asking how to shrink your hips.
Studies Show: Consuming large amounts of butter, sugar and cream have increased the hip width of many cake lovers.
Appreciate your "problem", it's one many people would love to have.

you just have to wait for your body to develop. you can help it with execise. doing some exercises doesn't mean that you can develop your body in an instant. just enjoy it and you will enjoy a good looking body in the end
