there are various buses between ny and New Jersey, yet there's no bus provider between long island and the city. it is quite stupid, even however that is actual. To get from long island to NYC, you're taking the long island Rail street into Penn Station. From there you may get NJ Transit Trains or course to New Jersey. Buses bypass into the Port Authority.
