Start in a pool, and go from there.

Changing the diet is the first and most important step, much more important than any exercise. Since there are existing medical conditions, a doctor and nutritionist should be consulted first.

But in general, anyone can lose weight. It is a question of will and self-discipline. I lost 25 kg in six weeks, on a strict diet of brown rice, lentils, porridge and fruit. No complications, side effects or feeling of weakness. Quite the opposite. More energy, feeling a lot better and fitter, and more fun. Anyone who wants it can do it.

Stick to a healthy diet and low impact exercise, start in the swimming pool. Consult your doctor.
