Holland and barrett, but there are more products available in the supemarkets nowadays anyway that are wheat and dairy free.

Also you may want to check out any local independant health food shops. A lot of the products there can be bought online, and you can order them yourself sometimes.

all online supermarkets have wheat free and dairy free food, and some of the really special ones take it to your house for you as well.
