He was actually pretty busy in the early days. He did a lot of smiting all over the place, and went out to sacrificial buffets whenever he could spare the time between hosting natural disasters and famines.
I don't think he really got lazy until he passed it on to his son. You know how that went. Jesus spent 30some years just getting the hang of all the responsibility, doling out miracles and building a small but dedicated clientele. 2 years of productive work, then he went back home to live with Daddy after just a few bad days at the office. Typical really.

we know that God created the world in 6 days -
TRUE!
after those six days He didn't do very many usefull things.
ALL THAT WAS REQUIRED TO BE DONE WAS FINISHED. THERE WAS NOTHING MORE TO CREATE. HIS GODSHIP AND RULERSHIP WAS GOING ON NOT ONLY OVER THE EARTH BUT IN ALL HEAVEN TOO.
Just a few floods, some punishments, He destroyed some cities for no reason,
THE ABOMINABLE SINS COMMITTED BY THE NEPHILIMS IN THOSE DAYS WERE SO GREAT - THAT IT REQUIRED GOD TO TAKE IMMEDIATE ACTION TO CONTAIN IT. YU FIND THAT no reason ????
He had some people build a boat
TO PRESERVE RIGHTEOUS PEOPLE WHO COULD NOT BE DESTROYED UNJUSTLY - NOT SINNERS
He made one child..and well, that's about it
THAT ONE CHILD IS THE SAME "JESUS CHRIST" WHO DIED FOR YOU TO SAVE YOUR LIFE - U FIND HIM JUST "ONE CHILD"
But, i also always hear that God is infinite,
TRUE
that He always existed, and well, "always" is pretty darn long. So, what did God do before those 6 days?
HE HAS NO BEGINNING. THE LENGTH OF YEARS HE IS IN EXISTENCE IS BEYOND SEARCHING. SINCE HE IS GOD, NOTHING IS 'darn long' AS U SAY.
I mean, if He is infinite, then why did he only work for 6 days?
6 DAYS WORK IS RELATED ONLY IN CONNECTION WITH CREATION OF EARTH AND ALL LIFE ON IT
an infinite time of doing nothing, 6 days of creating, and after that again nothing....seems kinda lazy to me, or am i wrong in this ?
6 DAYS GOD CREATED EVERY THING. 1 DAY HE RESTED ON SABATH. ADAM SINNED - HE'S BEEN SO BUSY EVER SINCE THAT TIME - BUSY TO RESTORE MAN BACK TO THE EVER LASTING LIFE HE HAD GIFTED. HE SENT HIS SON - CARRYING THE GOOD NEWS TO ALL MANKIND. HE GAVE HIS SON AS A RANSOM SACRIFICE TO SAVE your hide AND MINE.
AND ALL THAT YOU DO NOW IS SIT DOWN IN FRONT OF YOUR TV - POINTING YOUR FINGER AT GOD - BLAMING HIM THAT HE'S LAZY.
ARE YOU BUSY NOW WORKING OUT YOUR SALVATION AND WHAT WOULD YOU ANSWER ME
BETWEEN YOU AND GOD - WHO IS LAZY ????
Sluggard!!!! go thou to the ant and learn of it - wisdom.

I am happy to see that you have all the account of Gods work. Are you sure he does only this much. How you say god creates flood- we have the scientific reason for flood. God doesn,t destroy cities, we the people with destructive mind do this. Like today you are trying to prove that god is lazy.

Think about what you are saying:
You are saying that God was around for a period of time before creation, and that he was just wasting time.
Here's the flaw in your logic:
TIME DIDN'T EXIST BEFORE CREATION! And to God there is no time. The bible was divinely inspired, yes, but it was written by men, and men think in terms of time, life and death, spring and fall, summer and winter, day and night, etc.
Okay... DO THIS ONE SIMPLE TASK and you will understand completely the concept of God and time. This is very simple, just try it; it'll only take a second or two.
1. Get one piece of paper.
2. Draw one straight line on that paper, from left to right.
3. Label the beginning of this line (the far left) "Creation."
4. Now, about an inch above the line write "God".
5. About an inch below the line write "God".
6. Now write God anywhere else on the paper that you want to, including on or through the line.
The line doesn't change form no matter where you write "God" on the paper does it? And each "God" is the same word, with the same meaning no matter where it is written on the paper, right? See, the line is man's time, which began at Creation. And clearly you can see that God can be anywhere, and everywhere, including in our time, intersecting our time, and out of our time, even at the moment of our creation; but "God" can never be defined by our time-line, since God obviously can exist without us (think about all the places you wrote the word "God" in which you did NOT intersect the line).
In mathematical terms, consider a geometric plane. Now consider a line segment on that plane. Creation is the least valued point along this segment. The existence of the universe is every other point along the line, from Creation onward. And God is every single point along the plane including all points within our line segment. But there is no measurement for God, as His value is infinite since He is all points on the plane (an infinite number). There is simply no way to add a numeric value to God. The only time in which we CAN make an attempt to add a numeric value to God is during those points in which we exist (our line segment).
And that is what we've done; In the book of Genesis man has attempted to portray God in the terms of time as we know it, as the author believed Creation happened. It does not mean, however, that God is limited to our concept of time. It only means that we cannot explain God without using our own time-line as a reference. This has been the case with all religions and all cultures. Deities have always been historically discussed according to their interactions with man and the natural universe (such as in the Creation story). But look at your paper again, and you will see clearly how a Deity CAN exist without time, and in our time, and before and after our time. It's simple, if did the task above and you look at your paper.
Hope this helps explain why the term "lazy" and the concept of time don't apply to God. :)

I see Him as a scientist. we are lower than the administration of the spirits created by ability of God. we are only toys of those spirits. After lack of existence no man or woman lives in any type. i imagine He deals in straightforward words with the spirits. at modern he's observing. there ought to correctly be any ameliorations interior the destiny. God isn't a lazy or a jerk. do not kindle the anger of God. i imagine a lot of people have executed it and now dealing with the consequences.

He has gone to exile after doing His work in 6 days. That's why He is neither visible to anybody, nor doing anything. Every thing is happening by the originally created computer commands by the God.

Hey, we lived till today because God is operating the universe.
If god is LAZY, then he might have ended this world already.
The changing of day and night, the movement of earth and planets, are examples of God's work every single day, as He never sleep or eat as we do.
Get the point?

In God's time one second is as a million years. Besides it's pretty arogant to think that we are the only ones he ever bothered to create. (Especially after he found out how messed up we are)
