Remember what your life was like before her. Never regret anything you do or did, but learn from it. Learn to be happy with yourself. Ask if the things you do are the things you would expect/demand a girlfriend/fiancee/wife to do. If not, change and develop yourself as a person. And most importantly, don't believe your life will never be as good again. It will. But not with her. And maybe not with your next girlfriend. But the one that is right for you will blow all your previous relationships out of the water, and you'll wonder what you were worrying about.

This will take a long time, depending how long you were together. Surround yourself with your friends, go out and do the things you enjoy, don't sit at home alone thinking about what could have been, as this will just make things harder. A good one i did was to enroll myself onto an evening course, so even try a new hobby, be it art or crafty, or even edcuational, something that takes up one or two evenings a week.
It took me nearly two years to properly get over the seven year relationship, that ended as her feelings changed
Keep your chin up, this is when you will find out who your ture friends are.

If she broke up with you, consider her reason. It may be that she needs something you just can not give her.
Acceptance is the key here.
It's awful, when your really in love with someone and they do not reciprocate this. But be truthful to yourself, it couldn't work. The sad fact is relationships only work when the love is equal.
Time is the only reliable healer here. You will feel better eventually. My b/f had his heart broken 8 years ago, it took him 2 years to get over it. He's now able to reflect that that relationship wasn't all he thought it was.
Talking about your pain to a friend/counsellor may help.
GOOD LUCK

Hang out with friends and socialize with as many females as you can without getting into a relationship for a while. Keep busy and she will slowly fade away. Make up your mind that you will move on.

Only time and the realisation that you can live without her will enable you to let go..surround yourself by friends and family and keep busy(anything that stops you from thinking about her)..take care. :)
