do illegal aliens work in our coal mines??? That is a dirty job!!! People say they do the dirty jobs us Americans won't. Well I believe that I would rather clean a dirty toilet or work in a migrant field picking strawberries than in a coal mine.Coal mines are dangerous but someone has to do it so we can have electricity, etc.

That's a good example of a job that hasn't yet been taken over by illegals. And it disproves the self serving lie that Americans don't want to do hard work. This hypocritical and self serving argument is propagated by the business elite who profit handsomely from illegal labor, by our government who looks out for their interests, and by the media, which is controlled by large corporations. Advocates of illegal immigration then mindlessly parrot this lie to support an indefensible position. Make sure your union never sells out by allowing employers to start hiring illegal workers. That would be the beginning of the end of your job if they do.

I am also sick of hearing this "they take the jobs we won't" because it's utter bullshit. Illegals take a ton of contruction jobs that Americans do take. Most of the American contruction workers in my area have been put OUT of work because illegal do the work for half the price. They don't do a better job, just a cheaper job. Illegals take factory work that America had prior to.
A man that I used to go to church with was fired from a prominent school district because he FIRED because he FIRED all the illegal immigrants and replaced them with American and legal immigrants. Why? Because now the school district had to pay taxes on those workers and benefits for those workers which they were not paying for the illegals. The school district claimed to only have two janitors (the only legal ones) while actually employing around 30. This school district pays very well, around 12 to 15 an hour.
My cousin did the same thing at his restaurant. INS raids him ever 6 months. I think he should be fined.

Yes,I'm pretty sure that somewhere there are illegals in coal mine. They also climb 80ft. buildings to do construction, dig ditches under the ground in the mud and 30 degree temp.,work in sewer drains and storm drains so you can sit your pretty butt on the toilet and not worry where your poop goes.In every construction site I've ever seen, who is always in the mud, digging with a shovel?Hispanics.Who is always too scared to get dirty and only operates machinery?Caucasians.Yes,to be fair, coal mining is a very serious and dangerous job.And I know that whoever works that job are very brave. As a matter of fact,I never once claimed that all americans didn't do manual labor.Just that the majority of them won't.But back to the coal miners...they are brave people no matter what color their skin.

"People say they do the dirty jobs us Americans won't" is an incomplete sentence. The whole sentence is...
Illegal aliens do the dirty jobs (or any jobs) that Americans won't do for the low, low wages because most Americans want to live in a clean house, not crammed 12 men in a 3 room place and they want to eat decent meals - not mac and cheese every night and they want to raise a family in a nice area and have them go to a good school and they cant do that on the low, low wage the illegal alien will work for.

There should be no illegal aliens. Illegal is Illegal! What is it that people don't get, Illegal anything is wrong. Hire legal aliens and pay them a wage that they should be getting for the job being done. What's fair is fair! It's really all about greed. Who is making the money off these illegal aliens? Can you even imagine how these poor people are being treated!!

Are you stupid?
Coal mining is a difficult job, yes, but there are places where that's about the only job you can get. My great-grandfather worked the coal mines in Virginia and developed emphysema because of it.
Stop being such an idiot.

You never know... but coal mines have a lot of safety training and so on.
You try and hide the illegals working for you. Sending them for training only brings them into the open.
Also the pay is way too high for legals to not want to work in mines.

An alien is defined as: "a resident born in or belonging to a diverse u . s . a . who has no longer gained citizenship by ability of naturalization." So with the aid of fact that an alien is somebody who already would not have citizenship, as defined, meaning that they are of course unlawful. So putting unlawful in front of the word alien technically could be re-asserting what an alien already is.

For that matter, soldiers don't make great money, and their jobs have potential danger. If illegals want to volunteer for 4 years in the military, I'm willing to open up a spot for them as a citizen.

No, they don't. But if we don't watch what we do on this matter, they will undercut the wages of our wonderful coal miners just like they have with construction and landscaping jobs which used to be family businesses until they came and pissed on everyone here.
