Sure it is. I'm surprised you haven't felt love before. This usually shows first at 12-13. It also depends on her age. She should have the same age as you for the relationship to work.

the word love in itself has not bounderies where ages is concerned. Follow your heart.
My only advice is DO not get married until you're at least 25. You need to be financially stable, educated and have a firm foundation in regards to your self and self worth before becoming committed to a permanent relationship.
