Sadly i know the answer to this from experience
Took my cat to the vets yesterday as my friend said she looked pregnant again, and low and behold she was right.
She must have escaped - tho i don't know when as she was still feeding her kittens from her last litter at this time but apparently she is 7-8 wks pregnant again - we kept a close eye on her as well.
The vet informs me that they can get pregnant from as early as the kittens being 5 wks old so this time will be keeping a close eye on her and the minute the little mites are weaned she is off to be spayed.

Pretty soon afterwards. Get her spayed or dont let her out for a long time as its not kind on her getting pregnant. You should not let a cat get pregnant more than once a year. If i were you i would get her done now. my cat is pregnant and she is going to get done 6 weeks after giving birth as it not fair on her getting pregnant. Good luck I hope you do the best for your cat.

Umm.. almost immediatly. Unless you are raising some kind of purebred kittens and actually selling them to make money, you should have your cat spayed. Unless you are able to deal with having a lot of cats. Because cats eat a lot. And cat food isn't exactly cheap. I know. I have 8 cats. But I live on a ranch and have lots of room and money for them.

As soon as she comes in heat again...soon. Instead of contributing to the gross pet overpopulation (millions of cats are killed every year because there are not enough homes for all that are born) why not get her spayed?
Number of cats and dogs euthanized by shelters each year:
3-4 million (HSUS estimate)
In seven years, one female cat and her offspring can theoretically produce 420,000 cats.
Why contribute to that great big pile of dead cats?
If cost is an issue call 1-800-spayusa for a low cost spay program in your area.

right now I'm afraid, having similar prob with my cat too at the mo. Try to keep her in and call your vet to find out when it's gonna be safe for her to be spayed unless of course you want her to have another litter, but I think it'd only be fair to let her wait a season before letting her fall again, give her body a break

Cats can get pregnant again VERY soon after they give birth, and have another litter by the time the first litter is weaned.

I quite ought to invite you won't be able to save her interior or gained't save her interior. You enable the Momma and her 3 children stay outside and a dogs killed 2 of them! What a terrible lack of existence for those 2 kittens. And now she is in warmth back you, you won't be able to save her and that very last infant interior. i do not realize, how are you going to enable her stay outside with dogs killing her children and that i'm particular it is going to take position back. From the way you revealed it on your question, it study to me like it did not hardship you in any respect. And if she is "prego" back, then that is what it is going to likely be. You look no longer to care about the existence and wellbeing of the cat or her kittens. i ought to recommend you spay her that way she will be in a position to no longer produce any more suitable kittens for the dogs to kill.
