Many do, a very famous black man named Sammy Davis Jr. some time ago converted to Judaism and died a proud Jew. Many non Jews have converted to Judaism.

first off their are converts
second we dont feel the need to advertise and put other religions down.
Judaism is the only Abramatic faith that says its ok if your not like us. In Islam or Christianity you will burn in Hell if you do not follow their religions. Judaism on the other hand says its ok for non Jews to follow those faiths.
That is why we dont try to go out and get converts because we dont feel we need to "save" anyone.

this is rally good question,but truly don't know why.but may be this religion doesn't fit the nowadays changes and as you know,Christianity came after it with new structures to fit that time but sure most of Jews didn't believed in it,and after that,Islam came including both Christianity and Judaism real structures but to fit that time and every time will come ,but both of them didn't believe too.so think that Judaism not flexible religion.may be,only the god knows any way.

Because, jews don't force people to "convert", unlike some religions like Muslim.

Why do you think almost the whole continent of Africa is muslim?!
Because people made them do it, they slaughtered people if they didn't do it.
Read History books if you don't believe me.
Ohh, another proof is, your "SURA" in the Koran Bible, read it and you will understand.
Even though, I have got nothing against muslim people of the religion, i really can't stand people persuading other people to become their religion.

Because it is the religion of a tribe. To be a Jew you are from the tribe. however europeans have adopted judaism as their religion and pose as fake Jews.

Also, Rabbis not only do not force people to convert but actually discourage them until they see that they are really ready to make that change in their life.
I know over twenty converts.

Catholics, Protestants and Jews don't go door to door, handing out leaflets and hanging around airports. When celebrities convert, it makes headlines.

I guess it’s because it’s not a popular religion. There are only a couple of million Jews; in comparison with Christianity and Islam they have not much chance.

ive heard of a few people that converted to judiasm. another reason why YOU may not have heard of it, is because jews dont aggressivly try to convert people into becoming jews whereas christians think its their duty to force people into christianity
