I had norton 2008 information superhighway risk-free practices however the license expired immediately so uninstalled it the day purely before this and put in AVG 8.0 loose version and it has a sort of expert energetic protection on it, it is going to test web content while doing a seek on a seek engine and enable you understand in the event that they're risk-free or no longer additionally i had a trojan virus on because of the fact the icons and taskbar saved disappearing norton did no longer %. up on it yet AVG did straight away away get rid of kaspersky and set up AVG 8.0 you is relatively no longer disillusioned

The OS is swapping files to the Drive because your RAM is too small. Put in as much fast RAM as you can.
This over uses the Drive and you can free up Drive space by running FDISK.
