Nothing terrible happened, and i want to know what those people who were trying to terrify us would say now, i guess they would try and explain it away.

666 being the mark of the beast is not really an accurate fact. Scholars now believe 666 represented a very evil king (sorry I forget his name) that lived back in biblical times. The story goes that people were afraid to speak his name in negative ways so they cleverly used the number 666 instead. Well, some say 666 and others say 616. The King was so terrible that his name became associated with "the beast".

This is entirely possible because the bible is written in parables. I think of it as "pig latin", because things are written to hide true meanings from those in early days that would kill you for saying it.

So to answer your question, 06 - 06 - 06 was extremely uneventful, except for the big party they had in Hell, Michigan.

It just went by like any othr ordinary day. 666 remains to be the mark of the beast. But to say that that day was destined for the ruin of the world or of men is preposterous. Only God knows when the time shall come.

hahahaha
as if anything was gonna happen

i woke up, went to bible college, and during praise and worship we dedicated that day to the Lord, as we do every other day.

Each day is the day that the Lord has made, so i rejoice and be glad in it.

was a great day!

The earth was completely destroyed just to prove that something would happen and then instantaneously put back exactly as it was.

It seems to me that the only people who were afraid of that date were the superstitious. As a Christian, that doesn't apply to me...
