Islam uses Arabic, the language in which the Qu'ran was recorded, though it's not a language in and of itself.
'God is great' is 'Allah Akbar'. I think 'Thank God' is 'Bismillah'... 'Inshallah' is also a popular phrase, meaning 'if God wills it'. I'm not muslim myself, I just picked up these words from friends, so sorry if I haven't given the meanings 100% accurately.
Yup, I got 'God is Great' right anyway...

First there is not Islamic language. The Language which the Quran was written in is Arabic.
Haven't you listened to the tape recordings of the cell phone calls that people in the plain which was (taken over by Muslim terrorist) and was forced down before hitting it's intended target?
The phrase which was herd by their family members at home is (Allah U Akbar):
Muslims kill in the name of their Allah (moon god) who comands them to kill the kaffir,and infidels,AKA any person who is not a Muslim.

God knows all languages.You can tell in your own language.There is no separate islamic god
