Do enquire any hotels or shops nearby whether they will take at suitable price from you and serve it.You can supply some free samples for trying and creating demand.You can also try getting some orders from your friiends and relatives when they are conducting small parties(birthday parties etc).Idea is good you have to make efforts to sell.If it is really tasty,success is yours.Good Luck
