If your gut tells you that he is cheating then he is cheating. Your gut is smarter then your head or your heart. There must be a reason you are asking this question which is reason enough to get out of the relationship. If you are going to wait around then wait for him to start treating you differently. He will act differently they all do. My ex started being grumpy all the time. Every little thing pissed him off. He resented me because he wanted to be with her. But I have heard that they treat their wife or g/f better because they feel guilty. Either way if you feel like he is cheating then he is which means it is time to get out. Unless you catch it in the act of find evidence then you can't. there are signs that he is cheating, but don't rely on them alone. Acting distant or a little secretive might be cheating, or he might just want a little space.
