Yes. Not only is this true, it is also possible to vomit and defecate at the same time!! That is not a pleasant thing to do, so don't try it.

Well you can either fart and burp at the same time or fart and cough. Can't do the burp/cough at the same time. The cough would over take the burp because they come up the same way... just logically speaking. And I dont think that makes you gay.

i haven't farted and burped at the same time, but i dont know of any reason why you couldn't though. i have farted and coughed at the same time.
