Have there been any recent changes in the family (new baby, more, new school, family problems)? If so, give him lots of extra support and love.

Put him in clothing that he can easily get on and off by himself. When he pees in his pants hold him completely responsible for the clean up. Say to him "It looks like you need to change." Don't help him no matter how long it takes. He can rinse out the wet clothing, put it in the laundry, dry off, put on clean clothing. He will soon learn that using the bathroom is much easier.

maybe take this opportunity to try and introduce him to the toilet, as a change. First of all though I would try a star chart. Don;t worry young kids relapse quite a lot. As long as he's dry before school. then thats the main thing, just plenty of patience

this may be the result of any changes such as family issues, moving, any changes in his routine. maybe you started working. but I suggest that you talk to your child pediatrician. because if could be something medical.
