This is Indonesian language, but not a 'normal' / proper Indonesian language, It's a JAKARTA-NESE language, mostly used by all Indonesians for chatting / conversation etc.... with many slangs involved.
The translation:
Hey, How're u doin'?
My English is not so good, so I just write using my mother-tounge's language. haha.
Please send me your photo and biodata.
Later I'll surely reply / (send mine).
Another time, we'll chat again, k!!!
It;'s nice chatting wif u. Haha
Guess 'that's it for now! Here, it's already so late, gotta sleep! So.....................
We'll continue tomorrow k!!!
Bye-Bye.
pS. "eLoe" is not a person's name, it means "You", it's Jakarta's slang, mostly used by the teenagers.

nope, definitely indonesian.
1st para : "how are you?" then I think he's saying his English not v good, so he's writing in his mum's language
2nd para: He's asking U send him your photo. Can't tell what else he's blabbering about but I'm guessing he's too tired to continue chatting and will chat again tomorrow....
then "bai-bai" should mean "bye-bye"

It is Hindi. A rough translation is as follows:
Do you like peanuts?
I think peanuts are delicious. A bit like apple strudel with a pinch of flour dough.
George Bush is not allowed anywhere near my fridge.
Nor is Condeleeza Rice.
See that man, I ate his cat!!
Prince is a gay man, har har.
I have had a lot of trouble solving suduko puzzles, mumbo jumbo! Eggplant....................
I have to go and beat my brother on the X-box now!!
Catch you tomorrow.
