i am under alot of stress and need some real serious help

Hello,sure it is normal to feel yourself depressed all the time and I deem as a necessaty to visit a good psychiatrist,a really good one..I havea long experience with depression and can tell you:Please,do not neglect that state ,because it simply will worsen with time.There are very good remedies,SSRI antidepressants really work and if chosen the right one for you within weeks you'll be fine..Wish you luck!

Hello there....No it is not normal to feel depressed "all the time".
Your depression could be caused by the fact that you are putting yourself in a situation that you don't need to be in and you need to get some counceling to figure out who to work on changing your life to a lifestyle you enjoy and are happier with. If, on the other hand, you lifestyle is basicly good then you are probably suffering from major depression and again, should get some help from a professional. A psychologist or psychiatrist could help. Many people today feel that psychology is bogus but if you have a CHEMICAL IMBALANCE in your brain that is causing your depression then it is like any other medical problem and you should see a doctor. You might try going to a medical sight on the internet and looking up depression ... Like Webmd or even wikapedia under depression...or another one.
What ever you do ...remember...YOU ARE IMPORTANT....AND you deserve to be happy on this earth...Please take the time to take care of YOU....What ever is going on in your life will get better in time if you stop and take a look at it all and realize that your own happiness is most important...You can't help anyone else or do anything for anyone else if you are suffering...

If you are a teenager, it's quite normal. there is a period of time in every person's life when hormones go wild and everything seems to go wrong and everybody seems to be against you... It usually lasts a year or two...

If you're an adult, try some calming activity, like yoga or meditation. Don't go to a doc because they will only give you pills which destroy your liver and stomach.
Take up some easy sport, like jogging in the nature or so. Take time for yourself and try not to worry for at least some time every day.

No it's not normal. you should just sit down and relax. Cause the stress is the reason why you are feeling depressed. Maybe you should go and see a shrink. I have one and she's really good...

its not normal to feel depressed all the time, so the best advice i can give you is to write down all the things that are upsetting you, then write down the ways you feel you should fix these problems, and then tick them off one by one, in the mean time, eat good healthy food do lots of regular excerise, listen to music this really helps it did me, and talk about it to someone close dont bottle it up that only makes it worse, if you have noone to talk to feel free to email me and i will talk to you anytime.

Just calm down and take time of your everyday activities to relax and you will see it will help. Also try getting hobbies like jogging or playing tennis.
