it depends on how close i am to God.
the more i spend time with Him in prayer, and in the bible, the easier it is. you get better as you get more mature. most days for me, its 1.
its never a 10 anymore, but it took much renewing of my mind to get there. the lowest ill get now is maybe a 7. but its rare.
God bless you on your walk with the Lord! may each day be more of a joy than the last!

I would say it is 1, but it use to be a 10 for me. What changed me?
Well, it was when I was mistakenly given 6 months to live! You find your life values change when you are faced with death. You realize what really is important and what is not important.
You realize there are things you can change and there are things you cannot change.
You realize that being upset about small things is a waste of time. Time is precious so you learn to use it more wisely. So, you find that being positive and having joy regardless of the problems around you is the real victory. Joy is always there. That is what the Lord wanted us to have JOY in our hearts. We may not always have happiness, but we can still have JOY!
Praise the Lord for His goodness and mercy.

One can maintain positive attitude on a daily basis by thanking positively. Negative thinking builds up negative attitude.
No measuring scale is required to think positively.

So, so hard! I'd say a 10! Really! It sucks! My mom died and I found out I have two unrelated diseases and it is making things really hard because I just want to have that unconditional love from my mom right now because this is so hard to deal with. I am in so much pain from them and I have to have operations and without my mom it's like no one really cares. That probably makes no sense to anyone and people are going to say mean things because I said that. But who cares! I was just answering the question and this popped out! I normally don't tell anyone...strange.
Thanks for the kind words and prayers white wolf.

I'd say about a 5 - i'm a student, so technically I shouldn't have too much to worry about - a job, kids, husband etc. But I do have exams and grades to freak out about, boyfriend and relationship problems, maintaining my faith in my religion, paying my mobile phone bills, getting along with my parents and sisters, achieving my goals, sticking to my diet etc.
I try my best. Sometimes I don't succeed, but I wouldn't expect to everytime. With Heavely Father by my side I can do my best, and so far that seems to be enough, I hope it carry's on!

Not hard at all, I believe that everything happens for a reason, so I try to learn from every experience. Being positive helps you to achieve your goals, remember that life is too short to spend it negatively.

I think i will be on 2. Maybe because i enjoy what i do and have developed the habit of always singing. That cheers me up, especially when i am singing to worship God, its so amazing and i have realized contagious to the extent that people around me have developed the same habit.
