Everything should be enjoyed in life. Not just the good things. Everything that we experience in life serves to make us smarter, wiser, stronger, and better people overall. Actually taking time to sit down and reflect upon the day is a start.

So would just generally slowing down your brain. Instead of thinking about each trip as a sequence of events from point A to point B, try smelling things, look at people more closely, taste food with all your senses, far too many of us walk with our heads down and trying to rush through everything as soon as possible.

It's far from a simple process to change how you look at the world in a night, but if I could just suggest one simple thing, is to just laugh.

Finding joy and laughter in everything, even the stupidest things imaginable will make you happier, healthier, and more receptive to the world around you. And the world will be more receptive to you, as well.

This is the honest truth. If you can rent an electric wheel chair, do it. Make sure it is fully charged and think about an area that is quiet and where an electric chair can go. Even if you go down sidewalks where little traffic flows or around a pond, wherever, you will not believe the joy. You just slowly go and see the blue sky, the clouds that go every which way, the trees, the birds flying overhead and the beauty of God's creations all over. You have no idea until you do this what the little things in life are. Thank God that I have this every day.

Enjoying things is as far as our way of thinking. If we enjoy something, we enjoyed it. If we don't enjoy something, we don't.

That's way, giving thanks to God about every little good things that happen in your life is a good way to change our mind into an "enjoying-life" mind habit. Also, when getting in something trouble or uncomfort, don't look at people who has a better condition. Look at the people who has worse condition, and you will feel that your condition isn't that bad, and you will start to enjoy your life already! =) Anyway, God give we life so that we can enjoy many things, not in contrary!

When you are faced with a life threatening crisis it teaches you that it is the little things in life that you
first miss. Those things that we take for granted like enjoyment of the sun in your face, the breeze in your hair and the ability to eat a juicy piece of fruit.
It is through sacrifice and hardships that we learn an appreciation for the little things.

Little things in the life can be enjoyed by sharing it with others.
Some unfortunate rich people having all bigger things can not enjoy it for the simple reason that they don't share it with others.

Sell all of your possessions. Go out and live on nothing... until you are poor, then the littlest things will mean everything. Ween yourself off of your expensive addictions. Start by getting off this computer. I need to practice what I preach.. it'd do me a ton of good.

Volunteer to work at your nearest VA Hospital and assist those returning vets from overseas who have lost arms, legs, eyes, hands, feet, & etc.

I assure you that you will gain a new appreciation for things you have taken for granted like feeding yourself, walking, seeing, & etc. It will make any problems you have pale in comparison and you will enrich their lives by doing so!
