where are you located?

Depending on where you are at, you may contact a food producer, who may be interested in your concept.

you may also contact a local baker, bae shop or even a restaurant who will let you lease his restaurant, or bake shop, while it is closed, you can use his equipment to prduce large quantitites of your pie.

This way, you pay his bills while you make money for yourself.
