Call a title company such as Stewart Title and they can draw up a for sale by owner contract for you. Our office charges $25 I dont know about where you are from.

Your closing attorney or title company will have all the real estate forms you should ever need available for you to use. There should not be any charge for this service and they should have copies available without much hassle. Make sure you return the favor.
