Depends what you are referring to - if the weight, then 'ounce' as in 'pounce', if the country (Australia) then like the Wizard of Oz.
Notice that I give the received British pronounciation. In the US the 'o' is longer ... more like 'aw' (short 'o's sound more like 'a' or 'u' to an English ear ... more open, so an American's 'sorry' sounds somewhere between 'sarry' and 'surry' to us.)
