Maggi do dried coconut milk which is very convenient. I have found it in a local Indian store in Cambridge but haven't seen it anywhere else to date.
Tinned coconut milk from various suppliers seems to be available fairly widely (Tesco, Asda, Waitrose, Budgen, Sainsburys).

You can buy coconut milk in most regular sized Tesco stores, but you'll get a better price in one of the many Asian food stores.
